|Joseph joined the NHGA Board of Directors in 2005 and has served on several committees over the years and currently chairs the Outreach Committee. He was elected president of the NHGA in October of 2014. He was instrumental in the establishment of the New Hampshire Golf Foundation, which served as the charitable arm of the 2012 Junior Amateur. He is a founding member of the Golf Club of New England, which hosted the US Junior Amateur as well as hosting the 2012 Women’s State Amateur and 2013 New Hampshire State Amateur.
Joseph has been affiliated with The Kane Company since 1981. In 1994, he joined the company full time, and since then has been very active in brokering both commercial and industrial properties. Prior to joining The Kane Company Joe had founded The Kane-Gonic Brick Corporation in Gonic, New Hampshire. Kane-Gonic was one of the foremost manufacturers of water struck brick, supplying brick to significant projects across the United States.
Mr. Kane also served in the United States Navy for three and a half years. Upon graduating from Officers Candidate School, he served aboard the USS Power, a destroyer in the Atlantic Fleet.
