Women's Tournament Information

We are excited to announce the New Hampshire Golf Association and New Hampshire Women's Golf Association (NHWGA) have officially consolidated into one unified organization to govern amateur golf in the Granite State.  With that, we want to make you aware of some changes for the 2022 season.

While you will see some changes, one aspect that will remain unchanged is the number of playing opportunities available to women in New Hampshire.

Number of Tournaments:  40 total tournaments open to women in 2022, includes:
  • Regular Tuesday event scehdule beginning in June
  • Tournament Series events at premier courses open to women & men of all ability levels

NHGA Junior Golf Tour:  we will continue to have a full summer schedule for junior golfers to experience tournament golf in a fun environment.

Tournaments  |  All tournament programming from the previous season will still be available, including Tuesday events, championships, mixed events, NHGA women's tournaments, etc.  You will now be able to register for these tournaments in one centralized location.

Tournament registration can be accessedd from the NHGA website beginning Monday, February 7th.

Membership  |  Championships and Tournament Series events are open to all women with an active GHIN handicap.  Some championships are subject to a handicap limit and players can view all registration policies on the NHGA website.

There will be an annual fee which will allow participation in NHWGA legacy tournaments which include Tuesday, Specialty and Mixed tournaments.  The ability to pay this fee and participate in these events will be based on past NHWGA membership and participation in NHWGA events.  More details on the fee and the registration process will become available in the coming weeks.

Tournament Winnings  |  More information will be available in the coming weeks, but there will be a change to how tournament winnings will be paid out going foward.  Stay tuned for more information.

Tournament Software  |  The NHGA is moving forward in utilizing a new tournament software to run events in the 2022 season.  We will be using BlueGolf for all tournament registration, information and results.

All information on how to register for tournaments using BlueGolf will be available on the NHGA website in January.  Stay tuned.
