Hanover, NH –   Despite the two hour and eight-minute weather delay at Hanover Country Club, fifteen players advance to the State Amateur Championship at Laconia Country Club.  72 was the low score of the day as three players fired that number; Keeton Foster of Pine Grove Spring CC, Zach Wheeler of Manchester Country Club, and Kyle Wallace of Manchester Country Club.  Ultimately, 80 was the magic number that made the cut to Laconia.
Joining Foster, Wheeler and Wallace are Andy Hunnewell (73), Michael Soucy (74), Alex von Svoboda (75), John Donnelly (75), Tom Mareno (75), Roger Larrivee (77), Garret Olivar (78), Jack Nadeau (78), AJ Pratt (78), Nathan Larrivee (78), Jim Jankowski (79), and Jim Cardoso (80).
The 113th New Hampshire Amateur Championship will be held at Laconia Country Club from July 11th-16th. The event is a stroke play to match play format with the low 64 players from the 2-day medal play advancing to match play. The next qualifier will be at Waukewan Golf Club, June 25th.
