Landry Lights Up Lochmere

Tilton, NH –   Bob Landry, Loudon Country Club, shot a two-under, 70, to “loch” in his spot in the State Amateur Championship from the Lochmere qualifier.  Sixteen additional golfers punched their tickets to Laconia by shooting 80 or better.  Landry’s 70 marks the first under-par round in a 2016 State Amateur qualifier.
Joining Landry at Laconia next month are Ryan Friel (72), Peter Keilty (72), Howard Cullen (72), Ryan Lebrun (75), Ken Nilson (76), Mike Blair (77), Bo Harris (77), Dave Larrivee (78), Gade Friborg (79), Thomas Aragona, Jr. (80), Troy Demers (80), Travis Banga (80), Justin Dockham (80), Matt Levins (80), Bill Everett (80), and Tim Baines (80).
The 113th New Hampshire Amateur Championship will be held at Laconia Country Club from July 11th-16th. The event is a stroke play to match play format with the low 64 players from the 2-day medal play advancing to match play. The next qualifier will be at Breakfast Hill Golf Club, June 8th.
