|Pat has been an active volunteer participating in New Hampshire Golf Association (NHGA) events since 1999. He was elected Vice-President of the Association in April 2008. In 2010 he was elected President and currently serves as Secretary. Pat previously served as President of the New Hampshire Golf Foundation (NHGF), a non-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization. The Foundation was responsible for supporting the financial needs for the 2012 U. S. Junior Amateur Championship at the Golf Club of New England, the first USGA Championship to be contested in New Hampshire.
Pat joined Nashua County Club (NCC) in December 1992 where he has served as an officer and member of the Executive Committee for many years. In 2010 he co-chaired a Special Committee to work with Mungeam & Cornish, architects for the Olympia Fields 2003 U.S. Open redesign, to develop a short game practice facility at NCC that began operation in June 2012.
Pat has spent his professional career in the environmental field. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine. He provides consulting services to private clients (waste management companies and private equity firms) throughout North America. He formerly served as Vice President, Environmental Management for Waste Management's Eastern Area where he managed a department of 60 professionals involved in environmental permitting, capital budgeting, construction management and regulatory relations.
